1. Who we are
Moriveda ("we", "us", "our") sells Moringa Oleifera leaf powder and related wellness products through moriveda.in. We are registered at:

2. Information we collect
When you browse, create an account, or place an order, we collect:
- Contact & account details — name, email address, phone number, and (if you sign in with Google) the basic profile information Google shares with us.
- Delivery details — shipping address, city, state, and pincode, used to fulfil and deliver your order.
- Order & payment information — items purchased, order value, and payment status. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials — these are handled entirely by our payment partner, Razorpay.
- Communications — messages you send us via email, WhatsApp, or the on-site contact form, and product feedback or ratings you leave on your orders.
- Technical data — basic device/browser information and cookies used to keep you logged in, remember your cart, and secure the checkout process.
3. How we use your information
- To process, pack, ship, and deliver your order, and to keep you updated on its status.
- To verify pincode serviceability and estimated delivery dates before you check out.
- To provide customer support, handle cancellations, refunds, and delivery issues.
- To send order-related emails (confirmation, shipping, delivery, cancellation, refund) and, if you don't opt out, occasional cart reminders, review requests, or product updates.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorised account access.
- To meet legal, tax, and regulatory record-keeping obligations under Indian law.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share only what's necessary, with these service providers, to run the store:
- Razorpay — processes online payments (UPI/card/netbanking). Razorpay receives what's needed to complete your transaction and is independently responsible for the security of your payment data under its own privacy policy.
- iThinkLogistics & its courier partners (currently Delhivery) — receive your name, delivery address, phone number, and order contents solely to check serviceability, generate shipping labels, and deliver your package.
- Hostinger — our website and database hosting provider, which stores account and order data on our behalf.
- Google — if you choose "Sign in with Google", Google authenticates your identity; we only receive your name, email, and profile picture.
- Government or regulatory authorities, where legally required (for example, tax filings or a lawful request from a law enforcement authority).
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember items in your cart, and protect the checkout process from tampering. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can clear cookies from your browser at any time, though this will log you out and clear your cart.
6. Data retention
We keep order and account records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, to meet tax, accounting, and consumer-dispute obligations under Indian law. You can request deletion of your account data at any time (see Section 8) — orders already fulfilled may be retained in anonymised or minimal form where legally required.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled admin systems, and never storing raw payment credentials on our servers — to protect your data. No online system is 100% risk-free, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.
8. Your rights
You can:
- Access, review, and update your profile details from your Moriveda account.
- Ask us what personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
- Opt out of marketing emails (cart reminders, review requests) at any time — every such email includes an unsubscribe option; transactional order emails cannot be opted out of while you have an active order.

9. Children's privacy
Moriveda is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our products, tools, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
